I love baking so much. These apple yoghurt muffins are really nice and easy to make.
I make them regularly. Of course I will share this recipe with you.
Ingredients apple yoghurt muffins:
- 2 apples
- 3 eggs
- 110 gr. sunflower oil
- 250gr. Greek yoghurt (or other full yoghurt)
- 225 gr. self-raising flour
- 150 gr. fine granulated sugar
- 1,5 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 spoon light brown caster sugar
Happy baking!!

How to make them:
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
2. Take a large bowl and beat the eggs in it and after a minute add the granulated sugar, sunflower oil, cinnamon and Greek yogurt. Mix the ingredients with a whisk and beat for about 2 minutes until everything is well mixed (are you using a food processor? Then beat it a little shorter, once everything is well mixed, it’s good).
3. Now you can slowly beat in the self-raising flour with the whisk until everything is well mixed.
4. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into pieces. Mix the apples with half a teaspoon of cinnamon and a tablespoon of light brown caster sugar.
Alternatives:
Self-raising flour… spelled, coconut flour or wheat flour with baking powder
Sugar… sweetener, honey, coconut blossom sugar or dates.
Enjoy your meal!!
