Tuna Salad – Tonijnsalade

Today my lunch was a delicious tuna salad. What I put in this salad, I will of course tell you here, so you can also make this delicious salad for yourself.

The salad may not look very photogenic, but I don’t have a salad bowl or plate in the store yet, so I put it in a storage container. The taste is no different, I must say, so that’s why I’m posting it here anyway.

Ingredients:

  • Mixed salad
  • Cucumber
  • Apple, preferably Elstar
  • Avocado
  • White cheese cubes or feta cheese
  • Tuna, sachet of John West tuna twist with sun-dried tomatoes and herb dressing. Or a can or sachet of your choice.
  • Honey mustard dressing
  • Walnut oil
  • Sea salt

Method:

I can’t say much about the method, of course. That’s the nice thing about a salad, you just throw everything together.

Chop cucumber, avocado, and apple into cubes.

For myself, so for 1 person, I used 1/3 cucumber, 1/2 avocado, and 1/2 apple.

About two handfuls of lettuce and a generous tablespoon of cheese cubes.

Add dressing and sea salt to taste.

Enjoy your meal!

Benodigdheden:

  • Gemengde sla
  • Komkommer
